CDNA Synthesis Kit

Description

  Zamper Reverse Transcriptase, a key component of this product, is a recombinant M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase, and it is possible to synthesize cDNA stably in a wide temperature range (45~60℃). Therefore, it can be used efficiently for various experiments. Products for synthesizing cDNA from RNA are available in two types. Zamper cDNA Synthesis Kit consists of individual tubes with the components necessary for cDNA synthesis, so researchers can directly mix and use. In addition, Zamper RT Premix is provided in the form of 5X Premix to use conveniently. These products can synthesize cDNA using RNA equivalent to several pg to several μg, and can produce cDNA of up to 10 kb.
